Consumer Reports Discusses Hearing Aids

It has been more than 17 years since Consumer Reports examined hearing aids.  The technology and industry has changed significantly in that time, so this report is long overdue.  Interestingly, while Consumer Reports typically rates products and manufactuers with regard to the consumer items available, when they looked at hearing aids they chose to emphasize the importance of getting the right audiologist who can make the right recommendation for a product, and who can also make the right adjustment to these sophisticated devices.

In 2005, her research was praised by The Hearing Journal as being of primary importance to hearing clinicians throughout the country.
